Small update time!
- Added 2 new location themes (now each location has its own)
- The character now slips less
- Traps are a bit more forgiving
- Level 2 is a bit more challenging now
- No more falling through the ground at high speeds
- Added a game icon
- Game should start in 16:9 aspect ratio (intended aspect ratio)
- Added some missing sounds
